RESOLUTION APPROVING DEMOLITION CONTRACT "C-89(D) " WITH
LEHMAN TRUCKING & EXCAVATING AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF
SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Demolition Contract "C-89(D) " dated October 16, 1989,
for Sixth Street Extension, IX-6604( 2) --79-07, by and between
Lehman Trucking & Excavating of Waterloo, Iowa, in the amount of
$22, 555 . 00 and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of October, 1989.
