• RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CONTRACT AND BOND OF
BARBAROSSA AND SONS, INC. OF OSSEO, MINNESOTA, FOR THE
FY 1990 INTERCITY INTERCEPTOR, STAGE VII , WEST FIFTH TO
PUMPING STATION IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, BEING
- CONTRACT NO. 377.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the contract of Barbarossa and Sons, Inc. of Osseo,
Minnesota, for the FY 1990 Intercity Interceptor, Stage VII , West
,Fifth to Pumping Station, Contract No. 377, in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, signed on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
by the Mayor and the City Clerk as of the 16th day of October,
1989 , together with the accompanying bond for the faithful
performance of said contract signed by the Saint Paul Fire and
Marine Insurance Company of St. Paul, Minnesota, as surety
thereon, be, and the same are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of October, 1989.
