We, the undersigned Members of the Board of Supervisors and ex-officio County Board of Canvassers for this County,
do hereby certify the following to be a true and correct abstract of the votes cast in this County at the Special (HCC&
Gilbertville Bonds, WL W4 TFV) Election held on the 7th day of March, 2023, as shown by the tally lists returned from the
several election precincts.
WATERLOO COUNCILMEMBER WARD 4 - TFV

Belinda Creighton-Smith Received two hundred ninety-six(296)votes
Lawrence E Marshall Received one hundred three(103) votes
Candidate Total Three hundred ninety-nine (399) votes
SCATTERING Three(3)votes
TOTAL Four hundred two(402) votes
We therefore declare:
Belinda Creighton-Smith duly elected for the office of WATERLOO COU NCILMEMBER WARD 4 -TFV for the remainder of
the four-year term ending January 2, 2024.
