QI CD CD WHEREAS, several months ago the City Council approved
eliminating the handicapped parking space in the middle of the
block in front of 501 Sycamore Street, and adding two new
7 - handicapped spaces near the intersection; and
WHEREAS, the City has received citizen petitions requesting
that the handicapped space be re-established at mid-block.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
