WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall
meet in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of
Waterloo-, Iowa, at 7: 00 p.m. on the 13th day of November, 1989,
for the purpose of considering and acting upon the request of
Zanders Feeds , 311 West First Street, for a waiver of the
building moratorium on Relocated U.S- 218 Corridor to construct a
10 ' X 4 ' addition off of the existing structure to allow an exit
from: the basement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO,. IOWA, that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of November, 1989.
