RESOLUTION APPROVING MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT WITH DAVID
J. HERSHBERGER AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Maintenance Agreement dated November 6, 1989, for
maintenance of property located within the Relocated U.S. 218
Corridor, by and between David J. Hershberger, owner of Ryder
Truck, 2612 Texas Street, Waterloo, Iowa, and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of November, 1989.
