M WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, is
H EAesirous of destroying certain tape recordings of various City
Council committee meetings.
s• h- ] NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Clerk/Auditor of the City of
' Waterloo, Iowa, be and is hereby authorized and directed to
L ,--fdestroy the following tape recordings of various City Council
committee meetings:
