RESOLUTION APPROVING WAIVER OF THE BUILDING MORATORIUM
ON RELOCATED HIGHWAY 218 CORRIDOR FOR ZANDERS FEEDS,
311 WEST FIRST STREET, IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA.
WHEREAS, Zanders Feeds, 311 West First Street, has requested
a waiver of the building moratorium on Relocated Highway 218
Corridor to construct a 10 ' x 4 ' addition to existing structure,
in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, legally described as follows:
Original Plat, Waterloo West, Lot 4, Block 13 , Lot 5 , Block
13 , all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa.
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on November 13 , 1989, at
7 : 00 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers , Waterloo, Iowa, as
provided by law, by the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, on
the request to approve the above mentioned request; and
WHEREAS, it is the opinion of this Council that said waiver
of building moratorium on Relocated Highway 218 Corridor be
approved, as requested.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the waiver to the building
moratorium on Relocated Highway 218 Corridor , for
Zanders Feeds, 311 West First Street, to construct a 10 ' X 4"
addition to existing structure, be and the same is hereby
approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is authorized and
directed to forward a copy of this resolution to the Black Hawk
County Recorder for recording in order that this said action may
become a matter of official County Record.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of November, 1989.
