RESOLUTION APPROVING WAIVER OF THE BUILDING MORATORIUM
ON RELOCATED HIGHWAY 218 CORRIDOR FOR WATERLOO
INDUSTRIES, 300 ANSBOROUGH AVENUE, IN THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA.
WHEREAS, Waterloo industries has requested a waiver of the
building moratorium on Relocated Highway 218 Corridor to
construct an addition on property located at 300 Ansborough
Avenue, legally described as follows:
Auditor Whitney Road Plat Waterloo Part of Lots 1 & 2 com at
inters SLY line Rainbow Drive and SWLY ROW C.R. I . & P. RWY;

WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on November 20, 1989, at
7 : 00 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers , Waterloo, Iowa , as
provided by law, by the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, on
the request to approve the above mentioned request; and
WHEREAS, it is the opinion of this Council that said waiver
of building moratorium on Relocated Highway 218 Corridor be
approved, as requested.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the waiver to the building
moratorium on Relocated Highway 218 Corridor, for
Waterloo Industries, to construct an addition to property located
at. 300 Ansborough Avenue, be and the same is hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is authorized and
directed to forward a copy of this resolution to the Black Hawk
County Recorder for recording in order that this said action may
become a matter of official County Record.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of November, 1989.
