_ RESOLUTION APPROVING THE MINOR SITE PLAN AMENDMENT FOR
VILLAGE INN, 212 WEST RIDGEWAY AVENUE, WATERLOO, IOWA.
WHEREAS, Village Inn, 212 West Ridgeway Avenue, has proposed
that the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, approve a minor
site plan amendment to locate a 37 square foot wall mounted sign
on front: of their building, and a 7 foot high monument-type sign
along their Ridgeway property line approximately 150 feet west of
Bellaire Road.
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on November 20, 1989, at
7: 00 • p.m. at City Hall Council Chambers, Waterloo, Iowa, as
provided by law by the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, on
the proposal to approve said above mentioned minor site plan
amendment, and
WHEREAS, it is the opinion of this Council that said minor
site plan amendment should be approved as proposed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the minor site plan amendment for
Village Inn, 212 West Ridgeway Avenue, be and the same is hereby
approved. ,
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of November, 1989, and
approvedby the Mayor this 22nd day of November, 1989.
