RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF HEARING TO BE

GIVEN ON REQUEST OF C & S AUTO, 812 WASHINGTON STREET,
- FOR A WAIVER OF THE BUILDING MORATORIUM ON RELOCATED
- U.S. 218 CORRIDOR AS DECEMBER 4, 1989, AT 7: 00 P.M. IN
THE COUNCIL CHAMBERS IN CITY HALL AND INSTRUCTING CITY
tLERK TO PUBLISH NOTICE OF HEARING.
HtREAS, the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall
meet. in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, at 7: 00 p.m. on the 4th day of December, 1989 ,
for the purpose of considering and acting upon the request of
C & S Auto, 812 Washington Street, for a waiver of the building
moratorium on Relocated U.S. 218 Corridor to place signs above
service entrances, legally described as follows:
IT All of Block 5, Does Addition, all in the City of Waterloo,
Black Hawk County, Iowa.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of. the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of November, 1989.
