-, : 4, 1989, AT 7 : 00 P.M. IN THE COUNCIL CHAMBERS IN CITY
HALL AND INSTRUCTING CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH NOTICE OF
6 HEARING.
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall
meet in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, at 7 : 00 p.m. on the 4th day of December, 1989,
for the purpose of considering and acting upon the request of
Leroy' s DX, corner of West Ninth and Washington Streets, for a
waiver of the building moratorium on Relocated U.S. 218 Corridor
to erect a new sign, legally described as follows:
Lots 1, 2, 3, Block 7 , Hallocks Plat of Outlots Lot 1, all
in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVPD BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
PASSED_AND ADOPTED this 20th day of November, 1989.
