H CLERK TO PUBLISH NOTICE OF HEARING.
._.KIEWSK, the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall
meeU -in' the ,_council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, at 7: 00 p.m. on the 4th day of December, 1989 ,
for the purpose of considering and acting upon the request of
Jack Brinkema, 501 Maynard, for a waiver of the building
moratorium on Relocated U.S. 218 Corridor to construct a 19 ' x
24 ' addition to existing structure, legally described as follows:
Lot 16_ East 24 feet Lot 17, Hostetlers Addition, all in the
,City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the City Clerk is hereby direct:ill
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of November, 1989 .
