WHEREASthe' Oouncil of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall
meet in -the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of

Waterloo, Iowa,Hat 7: 00 p.m. on the 11th day of December, 1989,
for the purpose of considering and acting upon an application of
Keith R. and Mary F. Wilson to rezone from "R-2" One and Two

parcel Of land generally located south of Ricker Street, between
Hewitt and Warneka Streets and legally described as follows:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of -thel time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier
