PLATTED UTILITY EASEMENT FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 404
= - AUBURN STREET AS DECEMBER 11, 1989, AT 7:00 P.M. IN
CITY HALL COUNCIL CHAMBERS, WATERLOO, IOWA, AND
n:. › INSTRUCTING THE CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH THE NOTICE OF
HEARING.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows:
Section 1 . That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa
shall meet at City Hall Council Chambers in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, at 7: 60 p.m. on the llth day of December, 1989, for the
purposepf - considering and acting upon a proposal to vacate a
portion -:of the platted utility easement for property located. at
404 Auburn. Street, and legally described as follows:
,JThe Southerly 26. 40 feet of the Northerly 41. 68 feet of the
rEasterly- 7 . 00 feet of the Westerly 8 . 00 feet of lot 12,
Lj3,1ock 1, Hillcrest First Addition, all in the City of
.Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa.

publish notice of the time and place of said hearing in the
Waterloo Courier.
