ACCEPTING THE WORK.

WHEREAS, Iowa Public Service/Midwest Gas of Waterloo, Iowa,
under - contract with the City of Waterloo-, Iowa, furnished
certain materials and performed labor in connection with Hackett
Road Bypass, IX-6585( 7 ) --79-07 , in the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Certificate of Completion and Recommendation of
Acceptance be and the same hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of November, 1989.
