contract with the City of Waterloo, Iowa, furnished certain
materials and performed labor in connection with Ansborough
Avenue, IX-6615( 6 ) -79-07, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa.

that, the Certificate of Completion and Recommendation of
Acceptance be and the same hereby approved.
