: - - - RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING FROM THE TRUST AND AGENCY FUND
THE SUM OF ONE MILLION FOUR HUNDRED FIFTY THREE
THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED NINETY SEVEN DOLLARS AND FIVE
CENTS ($1 , 453, 597. 05) TO THE GENERAL FUND.
WHEREAS, the City Council passed the 1989-1990 Fiscal Budget
on M&rch 7 , 1989, allocating $3 , 120, 906. 00 for the City' s
Insurance, FICA and IPERS within the General Fund.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that a transfer be made for the amount of
$1, 453, 597. 05 from the Trust and Agency Fund to the General Fund
for Insurance, FICA and IPERS costs as allowed by Section 384 . 12
of the State Code of Iowa.
BE - IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk/Auditor be
instructed to certify a copy of this resolution to the City
Treasurer of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in order that said
transfer be made.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of November, 1989.
