SERVICE FUND.

'wnEREAS, the City Council passed the 1989-1990 Fiscal
Budget on March 7, 1989, allocating $10, 917. 52 of Airport Revenue
Money to the Debt Service Fund for payment of Airport Bonds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that a transfer be made for the amount of
$5, 458. 76 from the Airport General Fund to the Debt Service Fund
for payment of airport bonds.
BE- IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk/Auditor be instructed
to certify a copy of this resolution to the City Treasurer of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, in order that said transfer be made.
