RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING FROM THE TAX INCREMENT
FINANCING FUND THE SUM OF FOUR HUNDRED TWENTY FIVE
THOUSAND DOLLARS ($425, 000. 00) TO THE DEBT SERVICE
FUND.
lmnAs, the City Council passed the 1989-1990 Fiscal Budget
on . March 7, 1989, allocating $850, 000. 00 of Tax Increment
,
Financing money to the Debt Service Fund for payment of General
Obligation Bonds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that a transfer be made for the amount of
$425 , 060. 00 from the Tax increment Financing Fund to the Debt
Service Fund for payment of General Obligation Bonds.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk/Auditor be instructed
to certify a copy of this resolution to the City Treasurer of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, in order that said transfer be made.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of November, 1989 .
