RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING FROM THE EAST PARK AVENUE

2 0 PARKING DISTRICT THE SUM OF SIXTY TWO THOUSAND THREE
- HUNDRED TWENTY FIVE DOLLARS ($62 , 325 . 00) TO THE DEBT
SERVICE FUND.
WHEREAS, the City Council passed the 1989-1990 Fiscal Budget
,on March 7, 1989, allocating $124, 650. 00 of East Park Avenue
Parking- District money to the Debt Service Fund for payment of
General Obligation Bonds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that a transfer be made for the amount of
$62,325. 00 from the East Park Avenue Assessment District to the
Debt Service Fund for payment of General Obligation Bonds.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk/Auditor be
instructed to certify a copy of this resolution to the City
Treasurer of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in order that said
transfer be made.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of November, 1989.
