RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF HEARING AND
NOTICE OF PRESENTATION OF CALENDAR YEAR 1990 BUDGET FOR
WATERLOO WATER WORKS AS DECEMBER 4, 1989, AT 7 : 00 P.M.
IN THE COUNCIL CHAMBERS AND INSTRUCTING CLERK/AUDITOR
TO PUBLISH NOTICE OF HEARING AND RESCINDING RESOLUTION
NO. 1989-593 .
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall
meetAff -the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, at 7 : 00 p.m. on the 4th day of December, 1989 ,
for the purpose of considering the Calendar Year 1990 Budget for
the Waterloo Water Works.
, H BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that. the Clerk/Auditor is hereby directed to publish notice of
the tiMe'and place of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT Resolution No. 1989-593 is
hereby repealed in its. entirety.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of November, 1989 .
