RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF HEARING AND
-, NOTICE TO BE GIVEN ON THE SALE AND REMOVAL OF VARIOUS
RESIDENTIAL STRUCTURES AS DECEMBER 11 , 1989 AT 7: 00
P.M. IN CITY HALL COUNCIL CHAMBERS, WATERLOO, IOWA, AND
INSTRUCTING THE CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH THE NOTICE OF
HEARING.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA
as follows:
Section 1. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
shall meet at City Hall Council Chambers in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa; at 7 : 0-0 p.m. on the 11th day of December, 1989, for the
purpose of considering and acting upon the sale and removal of
the following described residential structures:
Three ( 3) bedroom, ranch style, wood frame house located at
3922 Sager Avenue, legally described as follows:
Lot W-39, Cedarloo Park, in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk
:COunty, Iowa;
T'Wo (2 ) bedroom, ranch style, wood frame house located at
3930 Sager Avenue, legally described as follows:
Lot W-40, Cedarloo Park, in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk
County, Iowa;
Three ( 3 ) bedroom, ranch style wood frame house located at
4050 Sager Avenue, legally described as follows :
Lot W-48 , Cedarloo Park, in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk
County, Iowa;
Three (3 ) bedroom, 1 1/2 story colonial style wood frame
house located at 823 Kimball Avenue, legally described as
follows:
Lot 12 of Block 1 , Brown-Hall Addition, in the City of
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa;
18 ' X 20 ' wood frame garage located at 3922 Sager Avenue,
legally described as follows:
Lot W-39, Cedarloo Park, in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk
County, Iowa;
16 ' X 22 ' wood frame garage located at 3930 Sager Avenue,
legally described as follows:
Lot W-40, Cedarloo Park, in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk
County, Iowa.
Section 2 . That the City Clerk is hereby directed to
publish notice of time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of November, 1989.
