RESOLUTION APPROVING THE MINOR SITE PLAN AMENDMENT FOR
P E-1 BONANZA RESTAURANT.

WHEREAS, Bonanza Restaurant has proposed that the Council of
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, approve a minor site plan amendment
for Bonanza Restaurant, to add approximately 26 additional
parking spaces and a second storm water detention pond, and
legally described as follows:
A parcel of land located in the E 1/2 of Section 2-88-13 ,
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, described as follows:
Commencing at a point on the Southeasterly R-O-W line of E.
San Marnan Drive formerly Iowa Highway 412 which is 1457 . 72
feet Northeasterly from the intersection of said
Southeasterly R-O-W line with the West line of the E 1/2 of
said Section 2 ; thence Northeasterly along said R-O-W line a
distance of 155 . 36 feet; thence S. 41°24 ' 00" E. a distance
of 5 . 32 feet; thence N. 48°36 ' 00" E. a distance of 284. 26
feet to the point of beginning; thence N 48°36 ' 00" E. a
distance of 195 . 57 feet; thence S. 05°36 ' 28" E. a distance
of 129. 96 feet; thence S. 90°00 ' 00" W. a distance of 159 . 40
feet to the point of beginning.
It is assumed that the Southwesterly R-O-W line of E. San
Marnan Drive formerly Iowa Highway 412 bears N 48°36 ' 00" E.
at the point where it crosses the West line of the E 1/2 of
Section 2-88-13 .
WHEREAS, it is the opinion of this Council that said minor
site plan amendment should be approved as proposed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the minor site plan amendment for
Bonanza Restaurant, to add approximately 26 additional parking
spaces and a second storm water detention pond, be and the same
is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of December, 1989 , and
approved by the Mayor this 6th day of December, 1989.
