- RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT FOR APPRAISAL SERVICES
E WITH APPRAISAL ASSOCIATES CO. OF CEDAR RAPIDS, IOWA,
O c AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
• BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Contract for Appraisal Services dated December 4 , 1989 ,
for Hackett Road, IX-6585( 7) --79-07 , by and between Appraisal
Associates Co. of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of December, 1989.
