P RESOLUTION APPROVING ALTERNATIVE ANALYSIS AGREEMENT
WITH BRICE, PETRIDES-DONOHUE AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF
SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Contract Analysis Agreement dated December 4, 1989, for
analysis of replacement alternatives for the West Shaulis Road
Bridge over Black Hawk Creek, by and between Brice,
Petrides-Donohue of Waterloo, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of December, 1989.
