RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF HEARING
AND NOTICE TO BE GIVEN ON THE SALE AND CONVEYANCE
OF PARCELS OF LAND AS JANUARY 2, 1990, AT 7: 00
P.M. IN CITY HALL COUNCIL CHAMBERS, WATERLOO,
IOWA, AND INSTRUCTING THE CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH
THE NOTICE OF HEARING.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, as follows:
Section 1. That the Council of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa shall meet at City Hall Council Chambers in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, at 7:00 p.m. on the 2nd day of January,
1990, for the purpose of considering and acting upon a
proposal to sell and convey parcels of land to Hill
Building Company, and legally described as follows:
Parcel No. 63 : Lot No. Thirty-four (34) in Auditor
Rainbow' s Replat, Waterloo, Iowa.
Parcel No. 67: Lot No. Twenty-three ( 23 ) in Morris
Case Addition to the City of Waterloo, East Side of the
Cedar River, Black Hawk County, Iowa.
Parcel No. 67A: The Southeasterly Sixty-one ( 61) feet
of the Northwesterly Sixty-five ( 65) feet of Lots Nos.
Forty ( 40) and Forty-one ( 41) in Morris Case Addition
to the City of Waterloo, East Side of the Cedar River,
Black Hawk County, State of Iowa.
Parcel No. 75: Lots Nos. Thirty-five ( 35) and
Thirty-six ( 36) in Auditor Rainbow' s Logan Avenue and
Belt Line Plat, in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk
County, Iowa, subject to easement for driveway purposes
over the South Ten (10) feet thereof.
Parcel No. 78: Lot No. Seven (7) in Block No. Four ( 4)
in "Krapfel and Place' s Subdivision" in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
Parcel No. 91A: The East Sixty-five ( 65) feet of Lot
No. Five ( 5) in Auditor Rainbow' s Logan Avenue and Belt
Line Plat, in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County,
Iowa, subject to right of way granted in Town Lot Deed
Record 137, page 493 . Also Lot No. Ten ( 10) in
Assessor Leland' s Plat No. One (1) in the City of
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa.
for the sum of Four Thousand Five Hundred Fifty and
no/100 Dollars ( $4,550.00) .
Section 2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to
publish notice of the time and place of said hearing in the
Waterloo Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of December, 1989.
