RESOLUTION APPROVING THE COMPROMISE OF TAXES FOR
76 FRANKLIN STREET, IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK
HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
° WHEREAS, Bill Colwell, Sr. petitions the City Council
of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, to accept the offer of
`' $1,611. 00 as a compromise on taxes owed for the years
1' 1985-1986, 1986-1987, 1987-1988, and 1988-1989 in the amount
- of $3 ,228 . 96 for Parcel Number 92-0156-00-039-02-0, and
E '''legally described as follows:
yi Virden' s Addition, Waterloo, southeast 81 feet, Lot 2,
Block 4, except southeast 45 feet and except northeast
5.5 feet, all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk
d County, Iowa.

ri WHEREAS, Section 446. 31, Code of Iowa, authorizes the
compromise of taxes.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the compromise of taxes for
property located at 76 Franklin Street as herein described
be and the same hereby approved and that the Clerk/Auditor
be instructed to transmit a copy of said Resolution to the
c Black Hawk County Board of Supervisors.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of December, 1989.
