ILI WAYNE CLAASSEN ENGINEERING AND SURVEYING, INC. AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Supplemental Agreement No. 2 dated December ii, 1989,
for Shaulis Road Reconstruction, 1,-6470(3 ) -79-07, by and between
Wayne Claassen Engineering and Surveying, Inc. of Waterloo, Iowa,
and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby
approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf
of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this llth day of December, 1989 .
