7 RESOLUTION APPROVING ANNUAL RIGHT-OF-WAY ASSURANCE
=in STATEMENT FOR FEDERAL AID PROJECTS WITH THE IOWA
DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF
s E SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Annual Right-of-Way Assurance Statement for Federal Aid
Projects dated December 11, 1989 , with the Iowa Department of
Transportation, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this llth day of December, 1989.
