RESOLUTION DEDICATING STREET KNOWN AS CALHOUN
STREET BETWEEN MAYWOOD AND SHORT STREETS AS PUBLIC
RIGHT-OF-WAY FOR STREET PURPOSES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the following legally described
property be and the same is hereby dedicated as public
right-of-way for street purposes to be known as Calhoun
Street:
Commencing at a point on the North and South center
line of Section No. 29, in Township No. 89 North, Range
No. 12 , West of the Fifth Principal Meridian that is
635 feet South of the center point of such section;
thence East 685 feet on a line parallel with the East
and West center line of such section; thence South 50
feet on a line parallel with the North and South center
line of such section; thence West 685 feet on a line
parallel with the East and West center line of such
section to the North and South center line of such
section; thence North 50 feet along the center line of
such section to the point of beginning, all in the City
of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this llth day of December, 1989.
