THE COUNCIL CHAMBERS AND INSTRUCTING CLERK TO PUBLISH
NOTICE OF HEARING.
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall
meet in the . Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, at 7: 00 p.m. on the 2nd day of January, 1990, for
the purpose 'of considering an amended site plan for a Kimball
Avenue Drug Store to construct a 46 ' x 40 ' addition to existing
building located in the Kimball Ridge Shopping Center in the City
of Waterloo, Iowa.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of December, 1989.

RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AND DEDICATING FOUR SEASONS
DRIVE AND WINTER RIDGE ROAD IN CLIFFDALE HEIGHTS
AS PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY FOR STREET PURPOSES, IN THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the following legally described
property be, and the same is hereby dedicated as public
right-of-way for street purposes:
Those streets that were platted in Cliffdale Heights
and those streets platted in Four Seasons Park, all in
the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa.
