8E8 NOTICE TO BE GIVEN TO VACATE THE EIGHT ( 8 ) FOOT PLATTED
UTILITY EASEMENTS BETWEEN LOTS 24 AND 25 AND TO
DEDICATING THE EIGHT FOOT EASEMENTS BETWEEN LOTS 23 AND
24 IN WARREN-ERNSTER ADDITION AS JANUARY 2 , 1990 , AT
7 : 00 P.M. IN CITY HALL COUNCIL CHAMBERS, WATERLOO,
IOWA, AND INSTRUCTING THE CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH THE
NOTICE OF HEARING.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows:
Section 1 . That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa
shall meet at City Hall Council Chambers in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, at 7 : 00 p.m. on the 2nd day of January, 1990, for the
purpose of vacating the eight ( 8 ) foot platted utility easements
between Lots 24 and 25 in Warren-Ernster Addition and legally
described as follows:
The northwesterly eight ( 8 ) feet of Lot 24 , except the
northeasterly eight ( 8 ) feet thereof; and the southeasterly
eight ( 8 ) feet of Lot 25 , except the northeasterly eight ( 8 )
feet thereof, all in Warren-Ernster Addition, Waterloo;
and to dedicate the eight ( 8 ) foot platted utility easements
between Lots 23 and 24, legally described as follows:
The northwesterly eight ( 8 ) feet of Lot 23 , except the
northeasterly eight ( 8 ) feet thereof ; and the southeasterly
eight ( 8 ) feet of Lot 24, except the northeasterly eight ( 8 )
feet thereof , all in Warren-Ernster Addition, all in the
City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa.
Section 2 . That the City Clerk is hereby directed to
publish notice of the time and place of said hearing in the
Waterloo Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of December, 1989.
