RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF HEARING TO BE
r,T7 GIVEN ON APPLICATION OF FRANK CAGLEY AND WILLIAM FULLER
, r TO REZONE A PARCEL OF LAND GENERALLY LOCATED ALONG THE
EAST SIDE WAGNER ROAD, SOUTH OF WEST BIG ROCK ROAD, AS
JANUARY 8, 1990 , AT 7 : 00 P.M. IN THE COUNCIL CHAMBERS
IN CITY HALL AND INSTRUCTING CLERK TO PUBLISH NOTICE OF

HEARING.
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall
meet in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, at 7 : 00 p.m. on the 8th day of January, 1990, for
the purpose of considering and acting upon an application of
Frank Cagley and William Fuller to rezone from "M-2" Heavy
Industrial District to "R-2" One and Two Family Residential
District a parcel of land generally located along the east side
of Wagner Road, south of West Big Rock Road and legally described
as follows:
Commencing at the SE corner of the intersection of the
right-of-way of West Big Rock Road and Wagner Road thence
south 668 ' to point of beginning, thence easterly a distance
of 290 ' , thence southerly a distance of 612. 63 ' , thence
easterly a distance of 159 ' , thence southerly a distance of
58 ' , thence easterly a distance of 354 . 78 ' , thence southerly
a distance of 1, 103 . 01 ' , thence westerly a distance of
749. 9 ' , thence northerly a distance of 1 , 783 . 9 ' to point of
beginning, all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County,
Iowa.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
