RESOLUTION APPROVING THE RECOMMENDATION OF ACCEPTANCE

C AS TO WORK AND MATERIALS FURNISHED BY ASPRO, INC. AND
SUBSIDIARY FOR FY 1989 ASPHALT OVERLAY PROGRAM,
8 CONTRACT NO. 360 AND ACCEPTING THE WORK.

WHEREAS, Aspro, Inc. and Subsidiary of Waterloo, Iowa, has
under contract with the City of Waterloo, Iowa, furnished certain
materials and performed labor in connection with FY 1989 Asphalt
Overlay Program, Contract No. 360 , in the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
BEIT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that t4le Certificate of Completion and Recommendation of
Acceptance be and the same hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of December, 1989.
