DIRECTING THE CITY STAFF TO RENEGOTIATE A NEW

T BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that the lease agreement be extended until March 31,
1990 , for use of McElroy Auditorium, by and between the
National Dairy Cattle Congress of Waterloo, Iowa, and the
City of Waterloo, be and the same is hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Staff is hereby
directed to renegotiate a new lease agreement with the
National Dairy Cattle Congress for use of McElroy Auditorium
to be effective October 1 , 1990 , and that Resolution No.
1989-654 is hereby repealed in its entirety.
