RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 1989-49, WHICH
ESTABLISHED PARKING REGULATIONS IN THE CENTRAL BUSINESS
DISTRICT IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA.
WHEREAS, Water Works has requested that a loading zone be
eliminated adjacent to their building and a meter installed; and
WHEREAS, Pitze ' s Beauty Salon has requested two-hour meters be
changed to four-hour meters on Lafayette Street adjacent to their
business; and
WHEREAS, V.F.W. Post 1623 has requested a handicapped parking
space be designated near their headquarters in the 600 block of
Jefferson.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Waterloo, that the following amendments be approved.

PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council on this 18th day of
December, 1989, and approved by the Mayor on this 20th day of
