11 -- (7), WHEREAS, Section 321 of the 1988 Traffic Code allows
fees and parking time within individual parking spaces to be
established by Resolution of the City Council, and

C) WHEREAS, the Public Works Committee has reviewed and
m recommended the following meter locations and parking times

i-6in the E. Park Avenue Ramp.
' - NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the following fees and
parking time be approved for the E. Park Avenue Ramp:
