m 8E IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows:
Section That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
shall meet tat the. City Hail Council Chambers in the City of
Waterloo, Io , at 7 : 00 p.m. on the 22nd day of January, 1991 ,
for the prose of holding a public hearing on proposed plans,
specifications, form of contract and estimate of cost for the
F.Y. 1991 Intercity Interceptor, Stage VIII, Treatment Plant to
West 18th Street, in the City of Waterloo and the taking of
construction bids therefore, Contract No. 392.

Section 2. That the Deputy City Clerk is hereby directed to
publish notice of the time and place of said hearing in the
Waterloo Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of December, 1990.
