BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
as follows:
Section 1. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa
shall meet at City Hall Council Chambers in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, at 7: 00 p.m. on the 14th day of January, 1991, for the
purpose of considering and acting upon a proposal to sell and
convey a portion of Wyandotte Street owned by the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, to Kathy Long, and legally described as follows:
That portion of Wyandotte Street adjoining Lots 22, 23 and
24, Block 8 , Auditor Rainbow' s Plat of Maywood, Second
Filing, Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, bounded on the
north by the South line of said Lots 22, 23 and 24, on the
east by the East line of Lot 22 extended south, on the south
by the South line of Wyandotte Street extended northwesterly
along the Northeasterly right of way line of the Chicago
Central and Pacific Railroad and on the west by the West
line of Lot 24 extended south, all in the City of Waterloo,
Black Hawk County, Iowa,
for $254 . 38, plus costs.
Section 2. That the Deputy City Clerk is hereby directed to
publish notice of the time and place of said hearing in the
Waterloo Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 26th day of December, 1990.
