RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH AERIAL SERVICES
Ei ci CD INC. , OF CEDAR FALLS, IOWA, AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF
SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Agreement dated December 26, 1990, for topography maps
for the median area of Highway 218 from Hawthorne Avenue to West
5th Street, by and between Aerial Services Inc. of Cedar Falls,
Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby
approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf
of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 26th day of December, 1990.
