fl RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH JONES APPRAISAL AND
;-11--, DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Agreement dated December 26, 1990, for appraisal
services for North Elk Run Road Reconstruction & Widening,
Contract No. 389, by and between Jones Appraisal of Cedar Falls,
Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby
approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf
of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 26th day of December, 1990 .
