STATEMENT BY MAYOR.
• BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Annual Right of Way Assurance Statement for Federal-Aid
Projects dated December 26 , 1990 , with Iowa Department of
Transportation, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 26th day of December, 1990 .
