H RESOLUTION PRELIMINARILY APPROVING SPECIFICATIONS, FORM
H H , H OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATE OF COST, ETC. , FOR F.Y. 1991 RATH
DEMOLITION PROJECT (PHASE I ) , CONTRACT NO. 4-91 (D) .

WHEREAS, the City Council previously instructed the
Community Development Administrator to prepare and file
specifications, form of contract and preliminary estimate of
cost, etc. , for the construction of the F.Y. 1991 Rath Demolition
Project (Phase I ) , Contract No. 4-91(D) , in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, as specified in the specifications, and
WHEREAS, the Community Development Administrator has filed
said specifications, form of contract and preliminary estimate of
costsr etc. , and the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
having considered the same.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said specifications, form of contract and
preliminary estimate of cost, etc. , be, and the same are hereby
preliminarily approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 10th day of December, 1990.
