'C'S 0 te/IIEREAS, the Code of Iowa for 1988, under the
f provisions of Chapter 372 . 13 , Paragraph 5, provides upon
c order of the Council that all records and papers, other than
proceedings, ordinances, and instruments having to do with
real estate and bond issues, may be destroyed, and

CpE-WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, is desirous of destroying certain records and papers
under the provisions of Chapter 372. 13 , Paragraph 5 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Clerk/Auditor of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and is hereby authorized and
directed to destroy the following records as provided under
the provisions of Chapter 372 . 13 , Paragraph 5:
