RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF SPECIFICATIONS, FORM
H OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATED COST, ETC- , FOR F.Y. 1991 BIG
2 2 ROCK ROAD PAVING, CONTRACT NO. 395 .
WHEREAS,W the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the City Engineer of said City to prepare
proposed specifications, form of contract, etc. , for the F.Y.
1991 Big Rock Road Paving, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, known
as Contract No. 395; and
WHEREAS, said Engineer did file said preliminary
specifications, form of contract, etc. , for the F.Y. 1991 Big
Rock Road Paving, known as Contract No. 395, which were
preliminarily approved on November 5, 1990; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on December
10, 1990, and no objections were made.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed specifications, proposed form
of contract and bond, etc. , for the Big Rock Road Paving, in the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, known as Contract No. 395, be, and the
same are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 10th day of December, 1990 .
