!7-3 RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF SPECIFICATIONS, FORM
E-1 OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATED COST, ETC. , FOR INTERIOR

0 RENOVATION OF FORMER WATERLOO EAST SIDE LIBRARY.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the Architect of said City to prepare
proposed specifications, form of contract, etc. , for the Interior
Renovation of Former Waterloo East Side Library, in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa; and
WHEREAS, said Architect did file said preliminary
specifications, form of contract, etc. , for the Interior
Renovation of Former Waterloo East Side Library, which were
preliminarily approved on November 5 , 1990; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on December
10, 1990, and no objections were made.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed specifications, proposed form
of contract and bond, etc. , for the Interior Renovation of Former
Waterloo East Side Library, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be,
and the same are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 10th day of December, 1990.
