'71-1 RESOLUTION APPROVING MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT WITH ALLEN
H '1=H ,7 MEMORIAL HOSPITAL AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
- AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Maintenance Agreement dated December 10, 1990, for a
pedestrian push-button signal located in the 100 block of West
Donald Street, by and between Allen Memorial Hospital of
Waterloo, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same
is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same
in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 10th day of December, 1990.
