: 'RESOLUTION APPROVING AN APPLICATION TO PERFORM WORK
H H CU *WITHIN STATE HIGHWAY RIGHT-OF-WAY WITH THE IOWA
DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF
SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Application to Perform Work Within State Highway
Right-of-Way dated December 10, 1990, for reconstruction of a
portion of Iowa Highway 28i ( Independence Avenue) at the
intersection of North Elk Run Road for the North Elk Run Road
Project, Contract No. 389, by and between the Iowa Department of
Transportation and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 10th day of December, 1990.
