H AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.

E Jr RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
thatr)th0_ Agreement dated December 10, 1990, for snow removal on
Interstate Substitution properties, by and between Specialty
Roofing of Waterloo, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and
the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute
the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 10th day of December, 1990.
